Job Description :

  1. Develop and execute ecommerce strategies to increase sales and revenue
  2. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented strategies, making necessary adjustments to optimize revenue performance.
  3. Set optimal pricing strategies based on market demand, historical data, and business objectives to maximize revenue and occupancy.
  4. Lead and support ecommerce projects, such as website redesigns and platform migrations, from planning to execution to post-launch evaluation
  5. Manage relationships with external partners, such as vendors and agencies, to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables
  6. Regularly review and adjust pricing, inventory availability, property details, and system details in all distribution channels, including OTAs (Online Travel Agencies), direct bookings, PMS, and corporate partnerships
  7. Conduct competitive analysis to identify market trends, pricing strategies, and revenue management best practices.
  8. Creates quotations and offers to fulfill customer needs and coordinates requests with other departments as necessary.
  9. Analyze and report on key ecommerce metrics, such as traffic, conversion rates, and average order value, to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement
