Job description:

  1. Compensation & Benefits: Assess salary structures, conduct market surveys, handle periodic salary adjustments, and oversee employee benefits like medical coverage, annual check-ups, and other benefits.
  2. Budgeting & Payroll: Prepare and monitor compensation and benefits budgets. Forecast future costs and model various compensation scenarios. Manage payroll data, ensure timely salary, allowance, and bonus payments.
  3. Policy & Compliance: Establish internal procedures, ensure regulatory compliance, and align practices with company goals.
  4. HR Analytics and Reporting Optimizing the use of the HRIS to enable data integration and process improvement.
