• Server Performance Monitoring: Proactively monitor server performance within a 24/7 environment to ensure systems are operating smoothly.
• Issue Resolution: Address and resolve server-related issues within specified timeframes in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve server issues, including those related to the operating system and server applications.
• Documentation and Reporting: Prepare routine reports on server performance and status using Office applications (Excel, Word).
