Big Fish Hunter 大鱼捕手 (Dayubushou), is a company that deals with executive search, RPO, EOR, Payroll Outsourcing, Legal Entity Registration, and Working Visa for fast-growing companies in Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, and China.

Main Responsibility

The role will be responsible for project closing.

Job Responsibilities:

1. End-to-End Recruitment.
2. Introduction to potential clients about Big Fish Hunter services.
3. Maintain existing partnerships with clients to do Upselling.
4. Maintain relationships with candidates as a career consultant.
5. Support the Marketing Dept. by spreading information about Big Fish Hunter.

Requirements:

1. Work Exp. >2 years at Headhunter/Outsourcing Services.
2. Bachelor's Degree, any major.
3. English is a MUST. Mandarin is a PLUS.
4. Target-oriented.
