Some of your duties will include:

• Report to Vice President Marketing & Sales, Superintendent Marketing - Copper Cathodes is responsible to oversee the day-to-day sales operations of copper cathodes, ensuring that sales targets are met, and customers are satisfied. The role supports the Manager Marketing in managing customer relationships, order fulfilment, contract execution, and ensuring seamless coordination with internal teams to meet business objectives.
• To manage and oversee daily sales operations for copper cathodes, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• To facilitate accurate order fulfilment, coordinate with internal teams, and provide market insights, sales analysis, and compliance reporting to support strategic decision-making
• Comply with all pertaining environmental laws and regulations in Indonesia.
• Supervise daily sales activities, including order processing, customer inquiries, and contract execution for copper cathodes.
• Ensure smooth operations, compliance with company policies, and adherence to sales procedures.
• Act as the primary point of contact for key customers, ensuring timely responses to inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Assist in managing contracts, pricing agreements, and ensuring accurate delivery of products as per customer specifications.
• Oversee the execution of sales contracts, including pricing, volume, and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with logistics, production, and quality assurance teams to ensure timely product availability and shipment.
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular updates to the Manager Marketing & Sales.
• Gather market intelligence, track competitor activities, and suggest adjustments to sales strategies when necessary.
• Work closely with the production and logistics teams to ensure that customer orders are fulfilled according to agreed timelines and quality standards.
• Collaborate with finance and reporting teams to ensure accurate invoicing and reporting.
• Ensure that all sales operations adhere to regulatory and company compliance standards.
• Provide accurate and timely sales reports and forecasts to support decision-making.
• Implement agreed financial management processes and procedures to monitor actual expenditure and to control costs.
• Other duties as assigned.
