• Prepare process related documents such as work instructions for management
• Design experiments to investigate the root causes of material problems
• Investigate process and quality issues and devise long-term solutions
• Establish, improve and maintain high standard SOPs to reduce/eliminate variation in operations
• Coordinate with superior for section production improvement
• Monitoring yield from each process and delivery yield
• Responsible in achieving productions targets and quality standards of production with the right quality level.
• Identify improvement opportunities and work on them with his team
