2. Create and in charge Annual Training Plan and Schedule, Manage Event, Trainer, Budget,and Administration
3. Conduct Training Event, Record Result, Monitor Field Implementation within certain period
4. Conduct Skill Assessment Event and Record Result Design, Translate and Provide Products Digital Content and Promotion Stuff

Product Readiness

1. Provide and Translate New & exist Product Technical Education Material
2.  Provide and Translate New & exist Product Manual and related guidance
3.  Control Product Type Approval Certificate validity period (SNI / Test Report) for BIG tractor plus implement and CLASS forage harvester.
4. Prepare budget, administration and for these products.
