- Responsible for achieving sales targets which are the responsibility of the Regional Sales Manager
- Propose regional sales plans and targets in alignment with business objectives.
- Develop and implement new sales programs and sales strategies to achieve sales volume.
- Manage sales team to maximize sales revenue and meet or exceed the Company goals.
- Build customer relationship and able to assess the quality of the relationship with them.
- Monitor & control sales department expenditures and always seize opportunities for cost–saving initiatives
- Report on regional sales results.
- Forecast quarterly and annual profits.
