DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

  • Responsible for achieving sales targets which are the responsibility of the Regional Sales Manager
  • Propose regional sales plans and targets in alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop and implement new sales programs and sales strategies to achieve sales volume.
  • Manage sales team to maximize sales revenue and meet or exceed the Company goals.
  • Build customer relationship and able to assess the quality of the relationship with them.
  • Monitor & control sales department expenditures and always seize opportunities for cost–saving initiatives
  • Report on regional sales results.
  • Forecast quarterly and annual profits.
