• Bachelor’s degree in any major
• Proficient in English
• At least 2 years of experience as a 5S Specialist
• Certified in General Occupational Health and Safety
• Knowledgeable in maintaining and developing manufacturing processes
• Proficient in computer operation
• Maximum age of 35 years old
• Proficient in English or Mandarin (spoken and written)
