  • End-to-End Recruitment: Lead the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding, with a focus on senior, specialized, and management-level positions, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.
  • Candidate Experience & Relationship Management: Build strong candidate relationships, ensuring a seamless process from initial contact through onboarding.
  • Mentorship: Support the Recruitment Lead by mentoring and training junior recruiters, sharing best practices to build a strong, capable recruitment team.
  • Recruitment Strategy & Branding: Collaborate with the Recruitment Lead to implement recruitment marketing strategies to strengthen the employer brand and enhance talent attraction.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Prepare and deliver data-driven recruitment reports, offering insights and recommendations to improve processes and outcomes.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, coordinate interviews, and ensure candidate alignment with role requirements.
  • Talent Pipeline Development: Proactively build and maintain talent pipelines, especially for critical and hard-to-fill roles, to support business continuity and future growth.
