• Ensure that standards and safety regulations are observed
• Address and discuss issues and proposed solutions with superiors
• Create training materials and operating manuals
• Contribute to the continuous improvement and make recommendations for manufacturing processes and methodologies
• Participate in meetings with clients to clarify requirements and communicate trial and manufacturing progress
• Document quality assurance activities and create audit reports
• Document and report defects with clear and detailed information, including replication steps and expected behavior
