DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Key Responsibilities :

  • Support the implementation of industrial relations, employee relations & litigation strategies in alignment with company policies and local labor laws
  • Conducting investigations into employee misconduct or violations of company policies
  • Consults with the organization on labour laws and applicable legislation
  • Provides counsel to workers regarding company and governmental policies, regulations, and procedures
  • Provide guidance to line managers on HR best practices, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures
  • Monitor compliance with labor regulations, internal policies, and audit requirements.
  • Assist in handling employee grievances, warning letters, and termination processes when necessary.
  • Prepare and update HR documentation, policies, and reports related to workforce discipline and performance.
  • Build strong relationships with employees, management and external institutions (e.g., labor office, union, legal consultants) if needed.
