Some of your duties will include:

• Report to Vice President Marketing & Sales, Superintendent Marketing - Precious Metals Sales is responsible to oversee the daily sales operations of precious metals, ensuring the implementation of sales strategies, customer satisfaction, and effective coordination with other departments to meet sales targets. The Superintendent is responsible for supporting the manager in managing accounts, executing contracts, and ensuring compliance with company policies;
• To support and oversee daily sales operations for precious metals, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
• To manage contracts, analyze market trends, and coordinate with internal teams, contributing to strategic goals and providing insights to senior management.
• Comply with all pertaining environmental laws and regulations in Indonesia.
• Supervise daily sales operations, ensuring compliance with set procedures and policies.
• Assist the Sales Manager in developing sales targets and executing strategies for precious metals.
• Maintain effective communication with clients, responding promptly to inquiries and resolving issues.
• Support the development of long-term customer relationships by managing client accounts and ensuring service satisfaction.
• Oversee the negotiation and execution of contracts for precious metal sales.
• Ensure the accuracy of sales orders, pricing, and delivery schedules in coordination with logistics and production teams.
• Provide input to the Sales Manager on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
• Collect and report data on sales performance, including revenue targets, market share, and customer feedback.
• Coordinate closely with production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure product availability and on-time delivery.
• Assist in implementing marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotions in line with strategic objectives.
• Ensure that all sales operations comply with internal policies and industry regulations.
• Assist in preparing sales reports and presentations for senior management.
• Implement agreed financial management processes and procedures to monitor actual expenditure and to control costs.
• Other duties as assigned.
