DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Requirements:

·        Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or related

field.

·        Experience in marketing and running a marketing team.

·        Min 5 years of relevant marketing experience in the Automotive and

Electronic Sparepart Industry.

·        Effective time management skills and the ability to multitask.

·        Proven ability to manage budgets.

·        Professional and proactive work ethic.

·        High competence in project and stakeholder management.

·        Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills in English

·        and Mandarin.

·        Competency in Microsoft Office (Microsoft Word, Excel & Powerpoint)

·        Must be willing to work in Cikarang Bekasi.

Responsibilities:

·        Leading and guiding the marketing team

·        Evaluating and developing marketing strategy and marketing plan.

·        Planning, directing, and coordinating marketing efforts.

·        Researching demand for our products and services.

·        Working with sales department to develop pricing strategies to achieve

goals while balancing customer satisfaction.

·        Understanding and developing marketing budgets 

·        Developing and managing advertising campaigns.

·        Coordinating marketing projects from start to finish.

·        Working with in-house teams and customers
