DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

  1. Manage & control the activity within Helpdesk & Monitoring team and make sure if the activity is done in accordance with the prevailing policy & procedure.
  2. Create and update (if necessary) the monthly schedule of all members of Helpdesk & Monitoring team.
  3. Has a role as a backup every time needed.
  4. Report required data and log periodically to the Management.
  5. Maintain and update customer data based on prevailing policy & procedure.
  6. Create requirement to support daily operational in Helpdesk & Monitoring team then communicate with the Management.
