DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
- Responsible for the end-to-end payroll process
- Monitor employee development systems through training, job analysis, job evaluation and job value mapping.
- Ensure that employee administrative records and documentation are updated (PKWT, Mutation, Promotion, Promotion, Counseling, Warning Letter, etc.).
- Develop, optimize and regulate company regulations.
- Control and take responsibility for matters related to labor and law (industrial relations, Licensing, BPJS, Employment Law, etc.).
- As a corporate representative for Union and External communications.
- KPI or OKR Audit, Government Audit/Inspection.
- Willing to work out of town and control out-of-town outlets
- Legal Documentation Process.
- Assisting HR business partnership initiatives, namely, HR Dashboard.
