  • Responsible for the end-to-end payroll process
  • Monitor employee development systems through training, job analysis, job evaluation and job value mapping.
  • Ensure that employee administrative records and documentation are updated (PKWT, Mutation, Promotion, Promotion, Counseling, Warning Letter, etc.).
  • Develop, optimize and regulate company regulations.
  • Control and take responsibility for matters related to labor and law (industrial relations, Licensing, BPJS, Employment Law, etc.).
  • As a corporate representative for Union and External communications.
  • KPI or OKR Audit, Government Audit/Inspection.
  • Willing to work out of town and control out-of-town outlets
  • Legal Documentation Process.
  • Assisting HR business partnership initiatives, namely, HR Dashboard.
