  • Manage agenda/travel arrangements/apppointments, car rental and residential house, order office supplies, billing, payment & etc
  • Processing and renew expatriate KITA and VISA
  • Maintain the good condition of all assests and facilities in the office and stores
  • Inventory control of office stationaries and pantry supplies
  • Establish, maintain, develop and strengthen professional relationship with third parties
  • And other temporary works arranged by the leader
