- Manage agenda/travel arrangements/apppointments, car rental and residential house, order office supplies, billing, payment & etc
- Processing and renew expatriate KITA and VISA
- Maintain the good condition of all assests and facilities in the office and stores
- Inventory control of office stationaries and pantry supplies
- Establish, maintain, develop and strengthen professional relationship with third parties
- And other temporary works arranged by the leader
