• Check and ensure all computers can be connected to the network
• Check and ensure that the application used by the user can run as it should
• Repairing damaged computers
• Update the operating system or applications regularly
• Perform data backups
• Ensure support systems such as printers and scanners operate
• Installing CCTV at various points that have been approved by management
• Installing access door and absence machine
• Hanlde PABX and server systems, and Access zoom meeting control
