  1. Managing employees by formulating, updating, and implementing policies relating to hiring, compensation, benefits and incentives, performance appraisal, performance management, and administration
  2. Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions
  3. Maintain and fulfills organization staff/requirements by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program
  4. Make SOP for each department and review every department
  5. Manage employee relations, counseling, termination, and disciplining of employees
  6. Advising monthly reviews, administering payroll, compensation and benefits, etc
  7. Manage all company activities and arrange company meeting
  8. Making Weekly & Monthly report
